After over 20 years in the hospitality business and over a decade in the wine & spirits industry, Charlie had a vision for a place where everyone was welcomed. His belief in small town business led him to open Euro on Main Street on Leap Day, 2008. Guests love Charlie’s knowledge, friendliness, and creativity with food and drink.
Austin Lark
Bar Tender
After training to be a bartender in Lexington, Austin has found his niche at Euro. He focuses on creating the perfect traditional and avant garde cocktails and providing Euro’s guests with friendly service.
